Usage Agreement & Policies
1. Asset License Grant
All resources sold on this store are licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and run the scripts solely on the FiveM server associated with your linked Cfx.re Keymaster account. Sharing, reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing resources is strictly prohibited and results in immediate license revocation.
2. Escrow Encryption Protection
Core server files are protected and encrypted using the official Cfx.re Asset Escrow security encryption wrapper. Bypassing, cracking, deobfuscating, or decompiling escrowed resource code is a violation of these Terms and Cfx.re system developer rules.
3. Refund Policy Rules
Due to the digital nature of downloadable assets, all sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a resource is demonstrably non-functional or conflicts catastrophically with your server configuration, and our technical support staff cannot resolve the issues within a reasonable timeframe, a transaction refund may be approved by the management.
4. Liability & Support Disclaimers
Resources are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We are not liable for server downtime, data corruptions, database crashes, player inventory loss, or other damages caused by incorrect script installations or code modifications.
Acceptable Use
Purchased assets are bound to one Cfx.re Keymaster account. Script files are encrypted using Cfx.re tools. Any attempt to modify protected files or resell resources will result in immediate blacklisting and account termination.
